Financial Systems Modernization (FSM), Program Management Office (PMO) Support

USCIS Office of the Chief Financial Officer requires contractor support to assist with program functional and technical support activities required for USCIS to be successful in the effort to transition (implementation / migration / operation & sustainment) from the current systems (financial/asset management/procurement) to a new modernized solution. The services will require a unique combination of functional and technical expertise in a federal financial, procurement, and asset management system environment with a heavy emphasis on federal accounting, project management, data management, organizational change management, and technical and functional expertise with federal financial and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting systems.
