Financial Management and Procurement Data Repository (FMPDR) Services

The Coast Guard seeks to obtain Contractor support services to assist with the continued development and maturation of USCG reporting and analytical capabilities as it relates to financial, procurement and asset management data in the Financial Management and Procurement Data Repository (FMPDR). This effort supports the financial system modernization effort within the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of the Comptroller (CG-8C), Office of Financial Systems (CG-86). The scope of work for the USCG FMPDR support services includes all tasks and deliverables required to complete the maturation of USCG s reporting capabilities for financial, procurement and asset management related data, both from legacy data archives and production systems. Work shall be performed in collaboration with various USCG staffs and third-party contracted personnel. USCG anticipate an award upon best value to the government and it is anticipated that the contract type will be firm-fixed price with one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month optional periods.
