Description
The current air-cooled water chiller was installed in 1998 and is constantly failing. This project will consist of the planning, purchasing, installation labor and materials to remove and replace the existing air-cooled chiller at First Ladies National Historic Site Visitor Center. This project will replace a 60 Ton air-cooled water chiller, condenser, and refrigerant piping and insulation. This work will also include replacement of two hydronic pumps in the cool water hydronic loop.
