Description
USCIS has a requirement for foreign language translation services. Field Operations Directorate (FOD) is seeking contractor's support to provide over the phone language translation services to USCIS Field Operations Directorate field office within the continental United States , Alaska, Hawaii, Guam the Northern Mariana Islands and any other U.S. territory location as requested. Services must be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week . A minimum of 85 languages will be needed to support the effort . Anticipate using DHS Strategic Source Language Services BPA .
