Description
Task Order to provide the TSA enterprise wide Single Point of Contact (SPOC) IT help desk and headquarters/field IT Specialist support. TSA has a requirement to provide IT end user support to the TSA workforce of 85k across approximately 500 locations. TSA s transportation security mission relies heavily on IT systems. The users are spread across the United States and a few international sites. TSA requires an IT contractor who can locally support the users and IT equipment and provide a central help desk for rapid responses and trouble resolution.
