Description
The Federal Protective Service (FPS) Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) Law Enforcement Operations Directorate (LEOD) program office has identified a need for support for labor, licenses, permits, and maintenance to provide services to install the fencing, barriers, and gates as stated around the perimeter of the courthouse. All work shall be performed by technicians that are certified to install and remove fencing barriers and gates. No currently installed fencing or equipment will be used; all fencing, barriers, and gates for this project will be provided by the vendor. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses to erect the fence and gates. Installation of the fence and its elements should not permanently damage the landscapes or hardscapes. Should the vendor discover this must occur, coordination with FPS and GSA are required prior to installation activities to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
