The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Response and Recovery, Recovery Directorate (Recovery Directorate) requires the establishment of a multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support rapid response and recovery following Presidentially-declared disasters. Given the frequency and urgency of disaster declarations, 90 in calendar year 2024 alone, FEMA needs to streamlined procurement of information technology (IT) related supplies and equipment to support field and headquarters operations. This BPA will enable efficient, on-demand purchasing of supplies and equipment required to support emergent disaster operations to ensure operational readiness and timely delivery of essential technology assets for disaster recovery efforts.
