Description
Federal Services Systems Support & Oversight (FSSSO) program provides in-person assisters with the technical support services that will enhance assisters' knowledge and skills to facilitate enrollment in insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Additionally, the FSSSO program must ensure successful completion of current and new program operations, most importantly the work in progress related to the implementation of the No Surprises Act (NSA) and the in-person assister efforts on behalf of consumers who may be affected by the unwinding of the Public Health Emergency's Medicaid eligibility expansion.
