FEDERAL PROTECTIVE SERVICE OPERATIONS CENTER

The objective of this effort is to procure Federal Protective Service (FPS) watch desk personnel possessing the analytical, oral, and written communication skills, briefing, and production work to assist the IMC in monitoring and information sharing of operational activity and incidents, managing information synthesis and flow, and presenting this information in useful ways which enables the IMC to maintain operational and situational awareness of FPS related operations. The Contractor shall provide a staff with superior oral and written communication skills which can compile, review, analyze, evaluate, assess, and synthesize a high-volume of operational information/data from a variety of sources and proprietary data systems.
