Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services

The contractor shall provide technical services to support the continuous and efficient operations of FFMS and O&M support services for ICE and its serviced components. The contractor shall collaborate with ICE/OCIO and OCFO to implement all agreed upon governance and other applicable processes to define the appropriate service level and other service requirements. The contractor shall comply with the latest version of all Federal, DHS, and ICE technology standards and architecture policies, processes and procedures applicable to the support of the FFMS IT environment. The contractor shall provide development, testing, and implementation of new code into the FFMS codebase to resolve identified defects or to enhance the FFMS functionality. Tier III is the software technical team that shall provide support coverage for FFMS in investigating reported technical system-related issues.
