FC SWB CNB Design/Construct Support Space & Mission Support Infrastructure For 50-Agent Border Patrol Station

The Option(s): 1) Detention Area, 2) Storage/Toc/C2/Holding Expansion, 3) Kennel, 4) VWF/FM&E/VMF, 5) Enclosed Parking, 6) Boat Canopy and Generator(s)/ Enclosure, 7) Fuel Island and 8) Helipad and any sitework not included in the Base Bid, awarded shall be design-build construction project and shall be executed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, to whichever is more stringent. The work includes providing all labor, materials, permits, and equipment necessary to design and complete the support space and other mission-supporting infrastructure for the 50 Agent Champlain Border Patrol Station. Design and construction including all procuring, fabricating, installing, testing, and constructing all the features associated with this project as indicated in the Contract documents. Pre-engineered building solution would be considered that is compatible in aesthetics for option 4,5,6 and 7. Manufactured generator enclosure that meets thermal and acoustical OSHA requirements would be considered. Acquisition Strategy: 8a Sole source
