Description
Provide Fixed Price Task Order Commercial 24/7/365 Facilities Maintenance, Watch Standing, Custodial, Grounds and other related services for the USCG Facility. This contract requires Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Facility and Cutter Custodial Cleaning Services, Service Calls, and Minor Repairs to be performed at or above the commercial standard. All tasks under this contract must be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, laws, USCG regulations, and policies at all levels. This requirement will be executed through the Ability One Program.
