Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services (FOMS)

Manage the operations, maintenance, and repair of facilities, utilities, and grounds as assigned by NASA AFRC. The Contractor shall be responsive, maintain a high level of quality, attend meetings, and shall work within Federal, State, and NASA safety and environmental practices and procedures. The Contractor will have a training and certification process that assures all Contractor personnel are properly trained, qualified, licensed and certified for the work to be performed. The contractor shall deliver a Monthly Building Operation, Maintenance, and Repair Cost Profile Report to the COR.
