Facilities Management Support

Office of the Chief Operations Support Officer (OCOSO) requires support for the following positions / functions: Architect: specialized technical licensure and expertise/knowledge of building codes and trades and project specific requirements. Interior designer: specialized technical expertise in space optimization, building codes, and federal regulations. Systems furniture project manager: technical expertise in Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, cabling, and equipment, plus understanding of IT integration into network systems and physical space design and construction. Facility manager: support for critical building systems to include daily inspections, workspace operability and safety checks as well as coordinates to resolve building issues by end users pertaining to Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, elevators, emergency maintenance issues, etc. Cost control: support for best practices in financial control and financial management with regard to design/construction, furniture, operations & maintenance, restoration/renewal, and disposition of facilities. Construction project manager: expertise in the initiation, management, and completion of construction projects, from minor renovations up to major ground-up buildouts. Data project manager: expertise in buildout, management and refinement of PowerPlatform-based tools used to collect, process and measure data from multiple sources to produce valuable metrics on space utilization.
