Background: US Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS) is an Army Enterprise Data Center (AEDC) providing hosting and supporting IT services to the Army, the other Department of War military service branches and Federal Government agencies. PL ALTESS's primary mission is to keep IT systems up and running and serving customers 24/7, 365 days/year. PL ALTESS also supports a diverse range of other complex missions throughout the DoW and Federal Government. Mission: Contractor shall provide Facilities Infrastructure Services and Support for the PL ALTESS data center. The contractor shall provide comprehensive operations and maintenance support for the critical power, HVAC and safety systems that enable data center 24/7/365 operations. Key contractor responsibilities shall include daily maintenance and monitoring, equipment operation, troubleshooting, repair and project management for infrastructure upgrades. Contractor support shall also cover a wide range of equipment to include generators, UPS systems, chillers and building automation controls. The contractor shall ensure the continued reliability and enhancement of PL ALTESS facilities infrastructure in support of critical DOW and Federal Government agency missions.
