Extension of CORE, RPA, and Other Support Services

This requirement is to provide eight (8) additional months of support inclusive of (6) months of support for the Core Platform and Business Analyst Support Services from June 2023 through November 2023. The support required is critical to the operations of many ICE mission critical systems and solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. These solutions are in direct support of Southwest Border initiatives, Export Enforcement Coordination Center (E2C2), Office of Leadership and Career Development (OLCD), and other offices and initiatives critical to ICE missions and are a logical follow-on to a procurement that was originally competed on GSA . Support is required for the OPR Self Inspection Program currently under development. This requirement is designed to standardize inspections for accountability and safety.
