Expert Technical and Accounting Support Services and audit related support.

The contractor shall provide expert technical accounting advice and services, quality control over financial reporting, program management support as well as support, and assistance in developing and implementing processes and controls to support the remediation of material weaknesses and other significant deficiencies as identified by an independent auditor, or the Departments A-123 test work. The contractor shall develop documentation, review financial transactions that roll up into the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, conduct research and provide sound financial advice on complex financial transactions that comprise financial statement line items, and remediate material weaknesses and other significant deficiencies.
