This project will replace 14 individual air handlers/condenser units that are currently mounted on the roof. Total roof replacement, scheduled in FY27, cannot occur until HVAC is removed.14 HVAC units on the roof will be replaced with a 20-ton chiller unit that will sit on the ground and would cool the entire building. This work will require additional ductwork, vents, controls and piping; the lighting system will be replaced.
