Description
This project will rehabilitate the Comfort Station at the Royal Palm Visitor Center. Contracted work will rehabilitate the outdated Visitor Center Comfort Station by completely replacing all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, duct work, fixtures, and restroom partitions. Exterior walls will be repainted, and concrete walkways will be repaired or replaced as needed. Plumbing and electrical fixtures will be replaced utilizing energy efficient Water Sense & LED light fixtures.
