EUROPE SOUTH DSO RENOVATION

Project scope includes renovation of existing bldg. 307 along with any interior/exterior modifications needed to meet current codes/criteria standards for renovated facilities and costs thresholds for building upgrades. Renovation work will include demo works, interior/exterior modifications, upgrades to the cybersecurity platform, telecommunications systems, fire protection/life safety, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC ,energy conservation, sustainability, commissioning, environmental, building controls, electrical, ESS, HAZMAT, infrastructure and ATFP works, as well as, identifying Host Nation and permit requirements needed to execute the project. The existing roofs are not intended to be modified or renovated, except where existing mechanical equipment will be removed. The existing facades of Bldg. 307 will remain unchanged. No windows or exterior doors will be replaced unless required by code. New FFE will need to be provided as part of the DSO bldg. 307 renovation project.
