EUROPE SOUTH DSO NEW ADDITION

Construct a (4,429 SF) new single story structure for a logistical/training and conference room building addition adjacent to the existing building 307 on USAG Italy Vicenza Caserma Ederle. Project will include architectural, electrical and mechanical attributes, with infrastructure, being earthquake compliant structurally, cybersecurity, telecommunications, fire protection/life safety, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC ,energy conservation, sustainability, commissioning, environmental, building controls , as well as site civil, sidewalks, paving, fencing, canopies, architectural, demo works, exterior electrical, ESS, Hazmat, and ATFP works, in accordance with any Host Nation permit requirements and installation approvals needed to execute the project.
