ETS Commercial Benchmarking Services

This requirement is for services to conduct comparative price benchmarking of GSA s Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contracts with large-scale commercial contracts from which savings/cost avoidance results are calculated and used to measure the quantitative value of the program. This effort requires access to and extensive knowledge of telecommunications market pricing and the capability to validate current commercial market rates analyze key price elements which provides data that is required for Best-in-Class certifications and senior management reporting (STAT report) and is used for customer agency outreach.
