ERO DETENTION FACILITIES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING SUPPORT, AND COMPLIANCE REVIEWS CONTRACT

The objective of this contract is to provide contractor support to the Enforcement Removal Operations/ Custody Managment Division (ERO/CMD) in the administration and management of the Detention Management Control Program (DMCP). Specifically, to provide contractor support for ERO/CMD with the Quality of Medical Care (QMC), Pre-Occupancy, and special assessment inspections of designated detention facilities throughout the United States and its territories to measure ICE National Detention Standards compliance. The contractor provides Compliance Inspection Teams (CIT) for Ad-hoc, pre-occupancy, QMC, and special assessment inspections at ICE contracted detention facilities. Each CIT inspection shall assess, analyze, measure and report ICE contracted detention facilities and their level of compliance with all applicable ICE National Detention Standards utilizing ICE designated forms and channels.
