The U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) G6 staff office requires the planning modernization operation and maintenance of Command Control Communications Computers Cyber (C5) and Information Technology (IT) systems and services for USARPAC its subordinate commands and strategic partners; this need previously met through a GSA TO (ESIM) has evolved into a new requirement called EPICS encompassing Program Management IT Enterprise Infrastructure and Communication Services C5ISR IT Capability Services IT Operations Enabling Services and Continual Service Improvement all with the objective of providing comprehensive enterprise IT and communication services that enable USARPAC and its partners to promote integrated deterrence support campaigning and build enduring advantages in a secure and scalable environment.
