Description
Provide all-inclusive video conference support services for all US Coast Guard (CG) Enterprise AV endpoint devices. Support Services shall include both technical and administrative taskings, encompassing the following areas: Configuration Management (CM), Information Assurance (IA), System design and installation, End User (EU) support and training and device troubleshooting and resolution. This requirement will require support services for all existing CG AV endpoint devices and systems as well as all future installations provided under this award. Video support services shall be required for both classified and unclassified domains and shall include a varied portfolio of vendor devices such as: Cisco, HP/Poly and Microsoft and others.
