Overview
Description
FEMA requires a software as a service (SaaS) solution that will allow for monitoring of all FEMA cloud environments (FEN) and FEN on-premises systems.
The solutions should allow monitoring of cloud, on-prem, and external systems hosted in regions, Joint Field Offices (JFO) etc. The product should be capable of monitoring databases, Linux, Windows, network devices, Kubernetes, cloud native resources such as RDS or SQL Managed Instance, cloud events such as instance creation in auto-scaling group, and website status. The product should provide a single pane of glass that provides the monitoring team a dashboard with all applications and systems reporting. Each product rolls up to a status light on the dashboard that represents a group of systems. The group could be based on application, hosting facility or by FEMA Organization. The product should be able to do a discovery of on-prem, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. FEMA requests Datadog licenses.
