Description
Procurement of the annual perpetual maintenance support for NEC NSS biometric matching capability and assessment tools for use by any and all of DHS. The DHS perpetual license includes both AIM products and assessment tools for unlimited biometric quantities, on unlimited hardware platforms, and at unlimited locations. Through the annual maintenance cost, DHS will be entitled access to product patches, improvements/upgrades and migration to new products should NEC NSS transition to a new line of products with the same capabilities. DHS has perpetual access to the AIM matching vendor product and assessment tools regardless of product name, rebranding, or versioning as technology matures over time.
