Enterprise Data Warehouse

The purpose of this effort is to procure Application Sustainment and Project Management Support for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) system. The contractor shall ensure operational continuity, provide technical support to system users, ensure that all supporting documentation remains current and correct, and ensure compliance with FEMA IT standards and guidelines, including Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security. This includes Project Management Support that provides transparency, informational summaries and reports into the costs, invoicing, labor rates, scope, and project deliverable schedules. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period, from October 17, 2025 to October 16, 2026, and one 8-month option period, from October 17, 2026 to June 16th, 2027.
