Enterprise Call Center and Circuit Logistics Support

***Update: 8/12/25 - Updated all "estimate" dates.*** ***Update: 7/9/25 - Correct POC email address.*** US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Enterprise Infrastructure Division (EID) have a need for IT project management, implementation, integration and application support. This need encompasses coordinating projects and activities sustaining integration efforts across technical and operational workstreams, facilitating the review of planned changes and ensuring alignment with the Network SRI program roles. The requirement also includes identifying operational risks, documenting mitigation strategies, and contributing efforts that maintain continuity and efficiency across division initiatives. This will ensure that all activities are aligned with USCIS objectives, comply with applicable processes and maintain uninterrupted service delivery throughout the division.
