Description
The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) requires the capability to enhance situational awareness for field commanders and agents in areas that lack nearby traditional surveillance systems, increasing risk to agents and inhibiting threat mitigation. The delivered capability shall consist of a eMSC-L installed on a 4x4 vehicle that is outfitted with a government-furnished equipment (GFE) land mobile radio (LMR).
In addition to fielding new eMSC-L units the Government intends to upfit 22 existing MSC-L units. The contractor will deliver new units and upfit the existing units.
