EM24 EM25 NSWC BLDG 591 TO 3320 DESIGN RE CONDUCTORING WEST CRANE AND WAREHOUSE CIRCUIT 22143973 SR24 Re-Conductoring West Crane and Warehouse Circuit B-591 to B-3320 (HIGA - D/E) - SHAR 20011 This project will consist of designing and repairing of approximately 14,550-Feet (2.756 Miles) of 3 , 12.47 kV overhead distribution to #477 ACSR. Poles, pole mounted transformers, switches and conductors will be routed alongside existing, and existing tap connections will be transferred from the old to the new, in portions that will minimize shutdown times. Power outages will be required in order to switch over to repaired conductors. Ensure all power outages are coordinated with the COR. Limit power outages to off hours such as weekends or weekdays after 1800. All conductors/equipment must be de- energized in order for work to be performed. Once reconductoring is complete, the West Crane and Warehouse circuit breaker in the West Substation will have its settings adjusted to the repaired conductor capacity, and the old conductors/poles will be demolished.
