Description
This contract will provide support to the Coast Guard Functional Champion / Health Informatics (FC/HI) and eHRa Program Management Office (PMO). This award will better enable all CG MHS GENESIS users to meet operational readiness objectives using the Electronic Health Record, all ancillary systems, and applicable theater systems (JOMIS solution suites). This contract will focus on providing the organization's users, at all functional levels, with an in-depth understanding of position-specific workflows, to enhance adoption, and optimize use of the MHS GENESIS EHR, ancillary systems, and applicable theater systems. Delivering these sustainment training and optimization services in an integrated manner will benefit the CG enterprise and cover gaps in the overall usage and adoption of the system.
