2. Justification / Reason:
R22 Gas cannot use any more from 2020 due to Environmental Reason.
This Building is constructed on 1 Dec 1954.
These Cooling Tower, Pump, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units System will be required to replace at the same time.

a. This work will be performed within Specific Contract-Out Work Order.
