E2 (FLCY FUEL) AZU-3090, REPLACE OIL BOOM REEL AT SOUTH DOCK

Scope of Work: a. Replace existing oil boom reel with new stainless steel boom reel system at south area. The existing oil boom reel system at the fueling south area is made of galvanized steel, and has experienced severe corrosion due to direct exposure to the marine environment. 1) Disconnect the power supply from the existing oil boom reel. (Power supply is re-used.) 2) Remove and dispose of the existing oil boom reel system and their concrete foundations. 3) Provide new concrete foundations for the new oil boom reel system. 4) Provide and install a new stainless steel (SUS304) oil boom reel system of same capacity and function as existing, including all new guide rollers, gate-type front guide roller device, auto-alignment guide device, and related devices / components. 5) Provide a new explosion-proof type electric motor and control panel. 6) Connect the new system reusing the existing power supply to the extent possible. 7) Existing corroding scaffolding is provided in stainless steel. 8) Provide operational test and report. 9) Provide operations and maintenance manuals and parts list (Both in English and Japanese). 10) Dispose removed old oil boom reel system. 2.
