E2(CNATTU) B1518 REPLACE CHILLER UNIT AND FAN COIL UNITS

Replace Chiller Unit and Fan Coil Units at Bldg 1518. Due to the over aging Chiller Unit and Cooling Tower (installed 1985), the A/C system does not work properly. All rooms in the building 1518, regular temperature is higher than at least 3C compare with regular setting. 1) Recommend to replace existing Chiller and Cooling Tower to Air Cooled Type Chiller Unit (Cooling and Heating) and replace pump. 2) Remain existing chiller and Hot Water Supply Return pipe and replace to new FCU to make it match with the new system. 3) Replacing Fan Coil Units also required due to aging. (No alternate locations for two labs. During the construction, night work or weekend work will be required due to training will be held during day time.) See attached Floor Plan. 4) Replace Heat Recovery Ventilation System (HRV).
