Dropkick Configuration, Upgrade and Extended Warranties

The Technical Security Division, All-Hazards branch utilizes Dropkick platforms to fulfill part of their Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear threat detection mission. The Dropkick vehicles are sensitive, specialty vehicles that utilize equipment that requires routine maintenance and calibration to perform effectively. The All-Hazards branch houses three of the platforms, so their upkeep and operational status is a high priority. The objective of this requirement to ensure that all Agency Dropkick vehicles perform at their maximum capacity and maintained in accordance with manufacturer s standards, which includes configuration and upgrade of one vehicle and follow-on extended warranties for all three vehicles that provide software updates as they become available; phone/email support during US business hours; yearly calibration check; replacement of failed components, including NAI scintillators and neuron detectors; and repairs and upgrades completed with 72 hours of vehicle receipt.
