Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility Consulting and Survey Support

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Officer (CDEIAO) requires contracted services from an industry partner with a proven and traceable track record in consultant services to support executive DEIA leadership in order to advance the agency s priorities to create an inclusive workforce. TSA CDEIAO has two specific needs. (1) - DEIA research and advisory services at a volume, quality of resources and expertise level to enable TSA s mission and empower its leaders. (2) DEIA research, tools and templates, functional diagnostics, case studies, peer benchmarks climate survey question development (using inclusive language), survey deployment, receipt, analysis, and presentation of climate survey findings and recommendations.
