DIU - LOGIX (AFRICA AOR Recompete)

NSIN and its Mission Partners require integrated logistics services (ILS), including those in support of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, and a broad range of technical and engineering tasks for the design, development, maintenance, and sustainment of specialized, global IT systems and network architectures in support of those services. Many Mission Partner projects are critical efforts to mitigate national security threats and support tactical elements deployed in various Areas of Responsibility (AOR) globally. These projects often require ILS and design, development, engineering, maintenance, and sustainment services on an extremely fast turn-around to meet mission schedules and objectives at both Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) locations. ILS is a unified and iterative, multi-functional, technical management discipline for systems and/or equipment including acquisition, design, development, configuration, modification, testing, production, fielding, performance, and lifecycle sustainment. ILS comprises the support capabilities that collectively enable the U.S. to rapidly provide global sustainment for our military forces. Due to the nature of the threats to national security and military forces, the operating environment transforms frequently which furthers the complexity of the solution. Given limited resources and limited infrastructure, integrated logistics and the broad range of technical and engineering tasks for the design, development, maintenance, and sustainment services are required to achieve optimal, effective support to Mission Partners.
