DHA Referral Management Services (RMS) Contract

This contract will support the DHA Referral Management mission by providing clinical and administrative support services to the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Centers (IRMACs) at Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) and Market/Regional Nodes. IRMACs serve as a centralized location for managing referrals and appointments within the MTF and in the Purchased Care network from the initiation of a referral to the receipt of a clear, legible, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant report returned to the MTF/Market and provided to the referring provider. Contract Requirements will align with DHA policy guidance and supports standardized processes IAW NDAA Sections 702 and 703.
