Design-Build 21,00 Square Foot Pre-Fabricated Metal Building

This project entails the design and construction of a 2100 square foot pre-fabricated metal building intended for use as a facility for fitness activities and general storage purposes. The project will encompass the foundation, utilities, and site preparation necessary for the construction and operation of the facility. It will include one fitness room, approximately 900 square feet, which will generally adhere to the specifications outlined in BPF-AMF Room Data Sheet 110.20 Fitness Room. Additionally, there will be three storage rooms, each approximately 400 square feet, that will generally conform to the standards set forth in BPF-AMF Room Data Sheet 160.05 STORAGE/WORKROOM.
