Dell Hardware BPA

NASA requires a negotiated Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Dell in order to leverage economies of scale, streamline Dell brand name required procurements, and consolidate transactions across the enterprise. The scope of this BPA would be limited to servers, server system components, hardware, rack mount equipment, maintenance agreements, and other support services where compatibility with existing Dell products would otherwise constitute a brand name justification for limiting competition. This includes servers, server system components, rack mount equipment, maintenance agreements, and other support services.
