Description
The Office of Policy and Program Analysis (OPPA) DPA Division requires technical support to develop, coordinate and implement guidance and procedures for execution of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary s and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator s Defense Production Act (DPA) responsibilities. These DPA responsibilities are as required by the DPA of 1950, as amended; Executive Order (E.O.) 13603 National Defense Resources Preparedness; and DHS Delegation 09052 for DPA plans, programs, and guidance for the Federal Executive Branch, DHS and FEMA. Contractors shall assist with the development, coordination, reporting, and implementation of guidance and procedures for the execution of FEMA s DPA authorities and functions.
