Defense Civilian Human Resources Management System (DCHRMS)

Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) requires information technology services to continue with the implementation maintenance and sustainment of the Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud to support the modernization of the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and future initiatives. In an effort to align with the Reform Management Group decision to implement Civilian HR Core into the Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud offering and comply with DCOI Directives DMDC seeks to continue migrating the Civilian Personnel portfolio to the Oracle Fusion Cloud in order to consolidate sustainment support of the Civilian Personnel IT Portfolio.
