Decennial Transformation & Application Modernization Acquisition

The CenTAM Acquisition Framework supports the Business Ecosystem, the Decennial (2030 Census and early 2040 Census research), as well as IT, economic, geographic, demographic, research methodology programs, and other program areas within USCB. The purpose is to plan, develop, document, test, train, monitor, manage, and maintain software architecture and applications to support the 2030 Decennial Census operations. DTAM is the modernization of existing applications and the development of new applications, across Decennial systems, that will be leveraged for the Decennial Census Programs, in support of the 2028 Census Dress Rehearsal and 2030 Decennial Census.
