DCWS OP4 Realignment

The Contractor shall perform all tasks required and delineated in this PWS to deliver a DMSS and MDS that meets the specifications detailed in the Government approved Performance Specifications (Pspec) for the DCWS programs. The Pspec lists the hardware and software operational requirements; the Contractor shall prepare and deliver associated documentation, provide program management, logistics, technical, test and evaluation, cybersecurity, safety, design and integration, basic and advanced training, software license management, and commercial technical manual. This should include the delivery of all associated technical data and software. The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, personnel, and facilities necessary to produce and deliver the types and quantities of deliverables specified by the contract.
