Requirement: Constructs roadway infrastructure complete with asphalt pavement, re-contoured landscape to support positive drainage, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, and signage. Storm water management infrastructure shall also be included. All existing utilities impacted by the new construction shall be modified to accommodate the project. Justification: Constructs Category Code Number (CCN) 851-10 Roads to facilitate the movement of vehicles, personnel, machinery, and equipment in support of Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) mission.
