Description
Requirement: Reconfigure RDC and N3 spaces to meet basic facility requirements. Areas to be built to BFR requirements as identified in approved COA
- Plan to phase work areas to minimize mission impact
- Phase 1: Renovate N3 spaces on 2nd floor
- Phase 2: Move N3/N3AT to 2nd floor and renovate N3AT space (RDC moves to renovated space)
- Phase 3: Renovate RDC space
Renovation to UFC and ATFP requirements including:
- Construction will include interior finishes, electrical, data, lighting and HVAC
- Life-safety code access/egress and ADA requirements
- Configure to meet required visual oversight by shift supervisors
- Upgrade windows required for a critical communications center
- Separate dispatch training from dispatch floor and conference room
