Datadog monitoring tool shall provide proactive actions to prevent outages, including robust reporting of the systems status. It shall provide detailed insight into the performance and availability of every application business transaction, rapidly identify, isolate, and triage problems that affect CBP infrastructure. Additionally, the tool shall provide complete visibility into applications, enabling the Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) to monitor, automate and analyze every business transaction across the application environment. The purpose of this delivery order is for the purchase of Datadog software licenses, maintenance, and support. Acquisition Strategy: be solicited competitively on NASA SEWP V under Groups B, C, and D as a Small Business (SB) set-aside.
