DAITO Forms Digitization Systems Modernization

DAITO is a service provider for the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) who is working on a web-based next generation Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Quality Control (QCS) system. This is a critical system built on the ServiceNow Platform which preforms IT Service Management (ITSM) needs. FNS SNAP QCS requires a governance framework which streamlines the decision-making required to clearly define how to manage the platform. Without this framework the platform would be unable to continue and will impact DAITOs ability to deliver efficient and user-friendly IT solutions.
