NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-57 Scope of work interior SCIF wall to separate SCIF from SAP-F space Install separation wall 32 feet long 15 feet high 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o None 1.2 Site Preparation: o Will need scaffolding, air scrubbers, tenants will still be in area of work. 1.3 Construction/Repair: power will need to come off of the beams, 3 beams have receptacles that need to be added to the wall. o Wall will need door ADA compliant with card reader and X-10 lock as this is a secure location. Customer would like some sound proofing but not secret secure standard. o Proposed wall location is free of obstructions Ie( lights or pipes) 1.4 Impacts to the Base o No outages or traffic issues NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-57 Scope of reverse door swing direction to(LEFT HAND INSIDE TO A RIGHT HAND OUTSIDE ) comply with ADA and install X-10 and card reader 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o Small amount of demo to reverse swing direction and install alarm from one side to the other 1.2 Site Preparation: o 1.3 Construction/Repair: o will need the door ADA compliant with card reader, X-10 lock and alarm system installed on the inside of the door connecting to 1st floor stairs in lobby area. 1.4 Impacts to the Base o This should list the possible outages, traffic obstructions, impacts to anything that would affect construction. o No outages or traffic issues SAR: NO L/A test: negitive AC waiver: N/A Funding Type: customer
